Job summary

Imagine is dedicated to providing enriching and supportive services for adults with varying needs through our California-based Adult Day Program. The Program Director will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Title 17 and Title 22 compliance, and foster a person-centered, inclusive environment that promotes participation and community involvement.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and collaboration with families and community partners to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years in a human services delivery system with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations governing adult day programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to advocate for participants and promote inclusion and respect.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program, ensuring CCR compliance.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized program plans for participants.
• Lead and mentor program staff, providing training and support.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and service organizations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust to meet quality standards.
