Pacific Life is seeking a Director & Actuary to lead the Institutional Pricing team. This on-site role requires four days in the office with one day remote, located in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC.

You will steer pricing design for new product rollouts in the DCLI market, driving profitability and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading pricing initiatives, partnering with Product on new offerings, and mentoring the pricing team while ensuring timely,

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years actuarial experience, including management.
• FSA designation in the Society of Actuaries.
• Ability to research and generate pricing solutions on product issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration with actuarial and non-actuarial partners.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in mentoring others.

• Lead pricing initiatives for DCLI Institutional products; oversee pricing activities.
