The position requires 8–10 years of actuarial experience, strong technical skills, and effective communication across stakeholders. Leadership of multiple projects and collaboration with other departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics or business field required.
• 8–10 years' experience in actuarial science preferred.
• Experience leading projects or supervising others preferred.
• Strong mathematical ability and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills including applicable technical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts and actuarial regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate actuarial governance and controls; lead audits.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools and data processes (Power BI, Alteryx).
• Advance AI usage within actuarial functions and processes.
• Oversee actuarial models, assumptions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments and manage cross-unit projects.
• Ensure governance and documentation; present to management.
• Design and develop efficient data systems and analyze data.
• Monitor actuarial risks and prepare risk analyses.
