Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or business preferred.
• 8–10 years in actuarial science preferred.
• Experience leading projects or supervising others preferred.
• Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate actuarial governance and controls; act as primary contact for audits.
• Develop tools and processes; lead data analyses and governance reviews.
• Advance use of AI, Power BI, and Alteryx in actuarial tasks.
• Develop assumptions for actuarial calculations and projections.
• Create and interpret complex financial models and report results.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure modelling consistency.
