Ladders is seeking an Actuarial AI Transformation Consulting Director to lead the evolution of AI-enabled actuarial capabilities within finance and insurance. You will identify where automation drives decision efficiency and business impact, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and adoption.

This remote US-based role requires FCAS, a decade of related experience, and a proven record in cross-functional initiatives and applying analytics and AI to business challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years of related work experience.
• Fellowship accreditation (FCAS) required.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, AI, and automation to business challenges.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification and implementation of AI-enabled actuarial solutions.
• Advance the development of new capabilities within the actuarial organization.
• Collaborate with senior management on AI strategy.
