CNA is seeking a senior Actuarial AI Transformation Consulting Director in the U.S. to lead AI-enabled actuarial initiatives, advising senior leaders and guiding the strategy across reserving, pricing, and actuarial operations.

The role combines analytics, automation, and cloud-based approaches to drive measurable business value, with hybrid work options from CNA office locations in the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience.
• Has attained Fellowship accreditation (FCAS).
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, or emerging technologies to business challenges.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled actuarial solutions that improve business insight, decision-making, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
• Advances the development and adoption of new capabilities within the actuarial organization, serving as an early adopter and thought leader in AI-enabled actuarial solutions.
• Works with senior management in the development and execution of the Actuarial AI Strategy and drives innovation through practical implementation.
• Builds strong relationships with peers, business partners, and leaders across multiple functions.
• Monitors emerging AI capabilities, actuarial workflows, operational effectiveness, and analytical opportunities; shares recommendations with partners.
• Partners with actuarial, underwriting, claims, finance, data, and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve actuarial effectiveness.
• Participates with senior leadership in development and implementation of actuarial policies, strategies, and goals; evaluates performance against objectives.
• Promotes AI adoption, education, and change management throughout the actuarial organization.
• Stays current on actuarial, technology, AI, and insurance industry developments to guide decisions and capability development.
