Ladders is seeking an Actuarial AI Transformation Consulting Director to lead the evolution of AI-enabled actuarial capabilities within finance and insurance. You will identify where automation drives decision efficiency and business impact, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and adoption.

This remote US-based role requires FCAS, a decade of related experience, and a proven record in cross-functional initiatives and applying analytics and AI to business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years of related work experience.
• Fellowship accreditation (FCAS) required.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, AI, and automation to business challenges.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Actuarial AI Transformation Consulting Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive the evolution of actuarial capabilities by identifying where AI and automation can improve decision‑making, efficiency, and business impact. The director will partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape strategy, enable adoption, and strengthen the effectiveness of the actuarial organization. This is a highly visible role focused on advancing new capabilities while helping build organizational confidence in emerging AI solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,000 - $220,500 annually
