Kepler Group in New York seeks a Director, Activation to lead a multi-level team of digital media professionals across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and more. You will blend hands-on media expertise with strategic client partnerships and proven people leadership to drive performance and operational excellence.

You will coach a multi-level team, shape cross-channel strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on digital media experience across multiple paid channels.
• Experience leading and developing multi-level teams including senior contributors.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and build collaborative teams.
• Extensive knowledge of major digital media platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong client-facing experience with strategic discussions and partnerships.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Associate Directors, Managers, and Analysts.
• Oversee cross-channel media campaigns and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Provide hands-on media expertise and guide campaign strategy and optimization.
• Manage client relationships and translate performance trends into recommendations.
• Drive innovation, establish best practices, and scale team capabilities.
