Job summary

Kepler seeks a Senior Analyst on its Activation team to support client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and lead program management and innovation. You’ll be a natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills, using data to drive solutions.

In this role, you’ll partner with clients to understand goals, design sophisticated programs, and monitor performance across social, search, and programmatic channels, delivering breakthrough results.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of full-time digital optimization experience in channels like Google Ads, DSP/Display, and social.
• Strong interest and/or experience in client services and digital media.
• Ability to manage a complex workload spanning program execution, analysis, and client communications.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis and MS Excel.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to self-manage, juggle priorities and pay attention to details.
• Capable of contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Refine expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact (social, search, video, programmatic).
• Support assigned clients and vendors; track, elevate and solve client issues.
• Partner with clients to understand goals and competitive constraints.
• Design and execute sophisticated programs with the Activation Manager.
• Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup and measure performance.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports.
