Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of digital media experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-sector accounts with large spend.
• Channel-agnostic expertise across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio.
• Strong communicator capable of translating complex media strategies for C-suite.
• Analytical fluency with measurement models (MMM, MTA).

Responsibilities

• Activation SME: design cross-channel activation plans that scale client growth.
• Identify growth opportunities through cross-channel expansion, media audits, testing frameworks, and tech integrations.
• Productize activation capabilities into market-leading client offerings.
• Translate audience insights into tactical campaign architectures across Strategy and COE partners.
• Lead media execution and onboarding for new client engagements with senior stakeholders.
