Job summary

Kepler, a leading marketing tech agency, seeks a Director of Activation to serve as a senior media investment strategist and primary growth engine within the Client Solutions group. You will bridge advanced media execution with business development, co-author long-term growth plans, and translate activation capabilities into strategic client recommendations.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of digital media management experience.
3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-sector accounts with large-scale spend.
B2B & ABM account experience.
Channel-agnostic media knowledge across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio, and Direct IO.
Strong communication to distill complex media strategy for executives.
Familiarity with measurement models (MMM, MTA) to anchor strategies with data.

Responsibilities

Activation SME: design cross-channel media plans that scale client growth.
Revenue expansion through cross-channel opportunities, media audits, and tech integrations.
Strategy partnerships: translate insights into tactical campaign architectures.
Lead and mentor activation teams, establishing best practices across portfolios.
