Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive position.
• May manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor staff.
• Develop and implement product pricing strategies; lead product analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts and design customer experiences for go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling drivers and testing hypotheses.
• Oversee delivery of business requirements and multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and partners to improve outcomes.
