Capital One seeks a Director of Product Management for Card Acquisitions to define strategy, lead a team of PMs, and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.

You will partner with Card, Engineering and Design to drive end-to-end platform initiatives, including real-time identity and dynamic routing, across multiple business segments.

About the Team

The DaaS (Decisioning as a Service) organization in Card is critical to growing the Card business at Capital One. This Director of Product Management role will define the strategy and lead the execution of our Customer Experience platform domain. You will build and manage a team of product managers to deliver seamless, personalized application experiences for millions of customers. Sitting at the intersection of multiple business segments, you will partner with senior leaders across the Card organization to identify horizontal value for Capital One Acquisitions and build scalable architecture.

• Deliver Strategic Initiatives: Lead complex, multi-system growth initiatives, including Capital One’s application prefill agenda, dynamic routing, and real-time identity capabilities.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with senior leaders across Card, Engineering, and Design to prioritize and solve core platform challenges.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
