Job summary

Capital One seeks a Business Director to lead Acquisitions Strategy & General Management for the CLUB General Management team. You will oversee analytics, collaborate with Bass Pro Shops, and drive near- and long-term frontbook growth across marketing, product, tech, credit, and operations.

You will manage a team of analysts, partner across Capital One functions, and shape strategic initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable results in a dynamic retail lending environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong quantitative skills.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead analysts and collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements through modeling and monitoring.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business intent across multiple projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
