Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Miami seeks a seasoned Transformation Office leader for the Accounting function to drive process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational optimization across finance activities.

You will partner with department heads, build a scalable transformation playbook, and ensure governance, risk, and controls are embedded throughout the program. Strong leadership and accounting expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience leading programs/projects involving process reengineering and/or automation of finance/accounting activities in Controllership/FP&A.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant Accounting environment.
• Experience leading large and diverse transformation teams.
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Cruise line or hospitality industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs, set a strategy, and create a foundation to enable execution of optimal transformation initiatives.
• Lead development of a best-in-class project management playbook for Accounting transformation.
• Lead strategic sessions to identify and prioritize initiatives and establish a transformation roadmap.
• Provide updates on all projects to Accounting leadership and partners.
• Engage leadership to determine additional enterprise initiatives to include.
• Ensure system design incorporates internal and SOX controls addressing risks.
• Own the master calendar for all Accounting transformation milestones and communications.
• Collaborate with department leaders within Accounting and other key departments.
• Gain knowledge of sub-functions within Accounting and their systems.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure objectives are realized.
• Facilitate listening to identify friction and propose actions to address issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.
