Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret FASB/SEC guidance and prepare accounting memoranda.
• Oversee accounting policy development and governance for US GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, Tax, Risk, Product).
• Lead acquisitions-related accounting and engagement with external auditors.
