Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience; 0–1 year in supervision.
• Experience supervising a team of controllers or accounting staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team accounting efforts and direct daily activities.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Oversee preparation of management reports and external financial statements.
• Ensure internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Provide training and development for associates; communicate with senior leadership.
