Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading centralized scheduling, contact center operations, referral management, and patient access initiatives.
• Experience with Epic scheduling and access management tools preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and team development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive multi-year access strategy aligned with growth goals and service line priorities.
• Provide executive oversight of centralized Access Center, provider scheduling, and template optimization.
• Lead specialty clinic operations including Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, and Infusion Services.
• Oversee hospital-based physician practice operations and ensure high-quality patient access and experience.
• Establish accountability for service levels, workflow efficiency, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and IT to optimize access tools and analytics.
