Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a senior transformation leader to drive enterprise-wide patient access initiatives for health system clients. You will guide assessments, design new operating models, and deliver improved revenue yield and patient experience through people, processes, and technology.

You will mentor a high-performing team, partner with hospital leaders, and translate analytics into measurable value across denials reduction, cash acceleration, and labor optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years in a leadership role within revenue cycle services, preferably healthcare.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and client services.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory provisions related to revenue cycle.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and client management tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and integrity with urgency for results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Patient Access transformation engagements from assessment to sustained improvement.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing, diverse team aligned with long-term goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps that improve revenue yield and operational efficiency.
• Partner with hospital leadership to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments across scheduling, registration, and financial clearance.
• Design operating models to improve quality, productivity and standardization.
• Drive front-end revenue integrity initiatives to reduce denials and strengthen reimbursement.
• Communicate business value through measurable improvements in revenue and patient satisfaction.
