Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware in Laurel, DE seeks a 21st Century, Program Director to plan, develop and implement a high‑quality 21st Century Learning Community Center program in line with Delaware STARS and 21st CCLC rules.

Role involves program management, staff supervision, community outreach and grants administration, plus coordination with Laurel School District to report progress and meet grant objectives.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Education preferred.
• Ability to pass FBI clearance and state background checks per DelaCare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the 21st Century program.
• Recruit, registration and orientation for participants.
• Hire and develop staff; provide professional development.
• Monitor program compliance with OCCL, POC and grant requirements.
• Coordinate with Laurel School District and district staff on reporting.
