Qualifications

  • 1–2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management.
  • Basic computer and iPad competencies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function in a high-paced environment.
  • Understanding and evaluation of Profit and Labor Reports.
  • Open availability preferred; Friday and Saturday are required.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
  • Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations.
  • Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Report to the Owner/Operator and collaborate with other executive directors.
  • Ensure smooth FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies.
  • Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store.
  • Evaluate and adjust based on Profit and Labor Reports.
