• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Support individuals with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to assess health status.
• Implement care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care strategies.
• Operate manual handling equipment safely, including Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident progress, and any incidents or concerns.
• Follow resident’s rights policies to uphold autonomy and personal preferences.
• Support safe patient lifting practices and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care updates.
