Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and patient. Responsibilities include helping with dressing and personal hygiene, mobility support, basic housekeeping, and running errands to improve clients’ living

Competenze

• 2 years caregiver/Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• First aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transfer with assistance.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and basic cooking.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team! In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client's living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous 2 years experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR-certified is a plus
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer
