Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
• Two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Leadership or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Evening, weekend, and emergency availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Support: provide direct support while ensuring shifts run smoothly and individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services.
• Coach & Support Staff: train and mentor Direct Support Professionals while reinforcing best practices and positive team culture.
• Ensure Quality Care: monitor documentation, home safety, and Individual Service Plan implementation.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time: address daily challenges, respond to changing needs, and maintain consistency across shifts.
• Build Positive Relationships: communicate with families, coworkers, and teams while serving as a trusted resource within the home.
• Model Excellence: lead through professionalism, accountability, compassion, and respectful interactions with individuals and teammates.
