Job summary

Agentic Client Support Services LLC is seeking a Direct Support Manager to oversee operations at our Columbus location. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate scheduling in Brittco, and ensure high-quality client care compliant with policies.

Responsibilities include staff training, participating in client meetings, maintaining daily documentation, and supporting daily living skills for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience supervising direct support professionals and coordinating care.
• Knowledge of regulatory and policy requirements for developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Lead and Direct Support Professionals, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• Schedule in Brittco at least two weeks in advance, with authority to approve or deny shifts.
• Supports the recruiting and onboarding process of new team members.
• Attend client meetings.
• Respect rights and confidentiality; promote teamwork and staff training.
• Read, know, and implement organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure documentation of client services and daily audits in Brittco.
• Read and implement Clients’ Individual Service and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and promote self-reliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for individuals.
