Responsibilities

• Lead daily support to ensure shifts run smoothly and provide high-quality, person-centered services.
• Coach and mentor Direct Support Professionals; reinforce best practices and team culture.
• Monitor documentation, home safety, and Individual Service Plan implementation.
• Address daily challenges and adapt to changing needs across shifts.
• Communicate with families, coworkers, and teams; be a trusted home resource.
• Lead with professionalism, accountability, compassion, and respectful interactions.
