RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more employees and coordinate care in residential settings. The role includes supervising staff, conducting interviews, hiring recommendations, and training, with a flexible schedule and on-call duties as part of the rotation.

The position offers a $20 per hour pay rate and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, aligning with the company’s commitment to strong staff support and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in health-related area preferred.
• One year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Flex schedule and on-call availability as needed.
• CPR after certification and ability to pass background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of two or more employees.
• Interviewing, hiring recommendations, and training of staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Maintain clean and safe residential homes and yards.
• Support people served to achieve personal goals per ISPs.
• Carry out duties of Direct Support Professional as assigned.
