Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• CMT license and First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.

• Motivated to work with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the delegating nurse in prioritizing client needs and respond accordingly.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the delegating nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely as directed.
• Document actions and client responses to care provided.
• Actively listen to concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain the client's comfort and well-being.
