Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing and responding to client needs according to the Plan of Care.
• Follow the individualized Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, and grooming.

Skills

Experience in caregiving for vulnerable adult populations

Communication and active listening skills

Ability to assist with daily living activities

Understanding of individual care plans

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (current undergraduate student)
