Responsibilities

• Assist the delegating nurse in prioritizing client needs and respond accordingly.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the delegating nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely as directed.
• Document actions and client responses to care provided.
• Actively listen to concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain the client's comfort and well-being.

Available Shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday: 7AM-11PM

Responsibilities Include:

• 1. Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
• 2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• 3. Perform all procedures safely.
• 4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.

Qualifications:
