Responsibilities

• Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely.
• Document actions and client response to care.
• Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.

Skills

Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR

Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities
