Responsibilities

• Monitor medications and educate on self-dosing.
• Teach activities of daily living (ADLs) to clients in one-on-one and group settings.
• Assist Rehab Counselors with transportation between residences, office, and community locations.
• Maintain professional development with 20 hours of annual training.
• Adhere to agency policies and ethics; participate in team collaborations.
