Job summary
Gateways to Change, Inc. is seeking dedicated Direct Support Workers to help adults with developmental and physical disabilities in home and community settings. You will support daily living and socialization, work across shifts, and contribute to goal achievement in the individuals' environments.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection.
- Must provide a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide In-Home and Community Based support to individuals.
- Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and local community.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities.
- Assist in toileting, dressing, and hygiene.
- Administration of medication.
- Cultivate safe and supportive relationships.
- Be creative, organized, and efficient.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and bring fun to the job.
- Working independently and with staff.
