Gateways to Change, Inc. in Rhode Island is seeking dedicated Direct Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support to adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Help individuals acquire and maintain daily living and socialization skills.

Responsibilities include transporting clients to medical appointments, shopping, and recreation; assisting with daily living tasks; supporting independence, safety, and collaboration with staff on flexible shifts across Rhode Island.
