We seek dedicated Direct Support Workers to help individuals acquire daily living and social skills, enabling greater independence in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include transporting clients to appointments and activities, assisting with daily living tasks, and providing medication administration within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with current registration and insurance.
• Criminal background check required with no disqualifying offenses.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to individuals.
• Assist individuals with achieving goals in home and local community.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, shopping, and recreation.
• Assist with toileting, dressing, and hygiene.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor for safety.
• Cultivate safe and supportive relationships; promote independence.
