Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to assist with all activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Must be comfortable with high intensity behaviors and adaptive in community settings

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping as needed
• Ensure client safety and promptly respond to needs
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and activities
• Document daily progress notes and care provided
• Engage client in community outings and social activities
• Build trusting, patient, and supportive relationship with client
