Hope Haven, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist clients with their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs, including individuals with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental health conditions.

You will provide support and training based on personalized service plans, help clients develop daily routines, and ensure safety and documentation requirements are met. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED/HSED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to complete medication administration course as required.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and training to individuals as identified in their service plans.
• Teach self-control and self-management per training.
• Complete documentation (client logs, charts) within shift or 24 hours with supervisor approval.
• Assist individuals in planning and carrying out daily activities.
• Arrange appointments and transportation with proper documentation.
