Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs with compassion.
• Help participants engage in community activities and social integration.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
