• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Be responsible for helping participants with their development goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and provide supportive care.
