Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs with patience and compassion.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and empower them to engage in community activities.
• Promote participants' development through budgeting, exercise, and nutrition guidance.
