Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental Disabilities. You will help participants grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships and taking initiative to keep them active in the community.

Full-time roles offer competitive pay, a full benefits package, and a 401(k) with company matching. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with six months in human services preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and unrestricted Driver's License.
