Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Provide compassionate care and build trust with participants.
