Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with daily living activities, health and hygiene, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation reports. This role contributes to a safe, therapeutic environment and requires compassionate teamwork.

Available shifts include full-time, part-time and on-call, with days 7am-3pm, evenings 3pm-11pm, and varied weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals served.
