Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities and therapeutic care across multiple shifts. You will help with health, hygiene, cooking, and documenting progress in a supportive, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, and a valid driver’s license; one year of human services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, diploma's acquired outside of the US must be evaluated.
• One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals served.
• Prepare shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.
