Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks Direct Support Professionals to join our Adult Services team in Berwyn, PA. You will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities, health, hygiene, meals, and recreation, while documenting progress and shift reports.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, on-call) with day, evening, and weekend shifts, comprehensive training, and an ASCEND career accelerator program designed to help you grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of human service experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management.
• Provide cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation.
• Complete shift reports and incident reports.
