Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with diverse needs. The role offers full-time, part-time and on-call shifts with mornings, evenings and weekend variants. On-site interviews are available at the Taylor Salem Building, Berwyn PA.

Pay ranges from $17.25 to $19.67 per hour, with a career-accelerator ASCEND program providing coaching and tuition assistance to advance in behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications

• One year of human service experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment to meet the individuals' needs.
• Complete shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.
