Devereux Pocono Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide safe, supportive care to adults with developmental disabilities, including assistance with hygiene, daily routines and community outings. Full-time availability for the 3pm-11pm shift or split shifts is required, with multiple locations listed.

Offers include competitive pay ($18.00–$20.52/hr) based on experience, education, and shift, plus up to $0.50/hr in shift differentials, CNA bonus, NADSP Level 1

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• One year human service experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene and daily routines for residents.
• Support daily routines and community outings for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Attend training sessions and complete assignments as directed by the coordinator.
