Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and Mandt or crisis intervention training required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals to ensure safety, engagement, and well-being.
• Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and support goals.
• Administer medications accurately per policy and regulations.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, progress, incidents, and reports.
• Transport individuals to activities and community outings.
• Collaborate with the day program team and external providers.
• Attend required training, meetings, and stay compliant with agency expectations.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
