Responsibilities include assisting with self-care, health, meals, transportation, and documentation of care plans, while following agency policies and treatment plans. A NYS driver's license is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must submit a NYS driver's license.
• Ability to communicate written and verbal directions.
