Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing guidance and support to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities to ensure active participation in daily life.
• Assists with self-care routines, health, safety, and household chores to promote independence.
• Supports community integration and building natural supports and relationships.
• Ensures a safe and clean home by assisting with household tasks and following treatment plans.
• Provides transportation to medical appointments and other activities as needed.
